Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Travel Consultant to join our on-site team in New Delhi. The Travel Consultant will assist clients with planning and managing customized travel arrangements, offering advice on destinations, creating itineraries, and making reservations. Other responsibilities include managing travel-related queries, addressing customer needs, ensuring excellent service delivery, and maintaining smooth end-to-end travel management for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Minimum 6 months Experience in managing Travel Arrangements and Reservations for individual and group trips
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to address client needs and provide tailored travel solutions
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of visa processes and global travel destinations is an advantage
• Familiarity with travel booking software and platforms
• Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is a plus
