WNS Gurgaon is looking for skilled Travel Consultants to join our growing team and support global corporate travel operations.
Location: Gurgaon
Position: Travel Consultant
What You'll Be Doing
Creating, modifying, and managing PNRs
Flight reservations, ticketing, reissuance, refunds, and exchanges
Planning and managing end-to-end corporate travel itineraries
Handling domestic & international travel bookings through Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo
Providing travel solutions while adhering to corporate travel policies
Delivering exceptional customer experience and travel support
What We're Looking For
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1+ year of experience in GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)
Strong exposure to PNR creation, ticketing, fare calculations, and itinerary management
B2B Corporate Travel experience preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
