Travel Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a strong background in travel sales and marketing. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing tailored travel solutions. - Utilize Amadeus GDS and other GDS systems to book flights, accommodations, and other travel services. - Manage inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into bookings through effective communication and persuasion. - Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients. - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages and services through various channels, including PPC campaigns. - Handle any issues or changes in travel plans, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of travel sales and marketing principles. - Proficiency in using Amadeus GDS and other GDS systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Experience in inbound sales and customer service, preferably in an international BPO setting. - Familiarity with PPC advertising and travel processes is a plus.
