Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Travel Consultant to join our team in Chennai. In this on-site role, you will handle travel consulting and manage personalized travel arrangements for clients, including bookings, reservations, and itineraries. Additionally, you will deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every trip planned meets the expectations and needs of each client. You will also collaborate with suppliers and travel partners to streamline processes and secure the best offers for clients.

Qualifications

• 0-2 Years Experience in a Travel Company
• We believe in talent, not just experience — freshers also welcome
• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience with making reservations for flights, hotels, and car rentals
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of international travel regulations and requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or related field, or relevant work experience
• Experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong focus on Customer Service and client satisfaction
• Ability to create personalised travel plans and itineraries
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and industry tools is an advantage
