Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Chennai. The Travel Consultant will handle travel arrangements, including creating customized itineraries, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients. Daily responsibilities involve assisting clients with trip planning, providing expert travel advice, and working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Additional duties include maintaining up-to-date knowledge about destinations and coordinating with service providers to ensure smooth trip execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience in coordinating Travel Arrangements and making Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Familiarity with global and domestic travel trends is an advantage
• Degree or certification in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial
