Role Description
VOYE HOMES is seeking a Travel Consultant for a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. In this role, you will manage travel arrangements, provide personalized travel consulting, handle reservations, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients to plan and book their travel itineraries, ensuring their preferences are met, and offering guidance to make their trips exceptional. You will also work closely with the internal team to align with VOYE HOMES customer-first philosophy and maintain our high standards of service.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle Reservations with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Prior experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in using travel-related software tools and systems
- A passion for travel and a customer-focused mindset
- Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
