Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, based in Ghaziabad. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing expert travel advice, planning travel itineraries, organizing travel arrangements, and managing reservations for clients. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality customer service and identifying opportunities for enhancing the customer experience. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Experience in Customer Service with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences
- Familiarity with handling Reservations and related travel bookings
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations, visa processes, and travel policies
- Proficiency in travel booking software and tools is a plus
- Relevant certifications in travel, tourism, or hospitality are preferred
