Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Consultant based in Noida, with some flexibility for remote work. The Travel Consultant will manage daily tasks such as creating and managing client travel itineraries, handling travel arrangements, booking reservations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure an exceptional travel experience. Collaborating with clients and vendors, the role requires attention to detail and a commitment to meeting client needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Experience in Customer Service with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs
• Ability to manage Reservations accurately and efficiently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to balance in-office and remote work effectively
• Familiarity with international travel destinations and cruise travel is an added advantage
