Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Real Estate Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage a team of sales professionals while driving revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, selling residential and commercial properties, maintaining strong client relationships, managing sales negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also develop strategies to achieve sales targets and collaborate with stakeholders on property transactions, including land acquisitions and joint ventures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of real estate luxury projects and Gurgaon market is a must
• Proven experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and property-related transactions
• Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, sales negotiation, and target achievement
• Customer Service skills focused on delivering exceptional client experiences
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with property collaboration and joint venture dealings is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field is preferred
