This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in the Pune Division. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travels, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, providing personalized travel recommendations, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process. The role also involves coordinating with travel partners and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and making detailed Travel Arrangements
• Experience in Customer Service and handling client inquiries with professionalism and care
• Strong skills in making Reservations and ensuring accurate booking details
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with travel industry software or platforms is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Pune
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
