About the Role
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Travel Consultants for our Sales & Operations team. This is a fully office-based role. You will generate new business, assist travelers in planning their trips, handle bookings, and ensure smooth day-to-day travel operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Generate new business through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Handle new and existing clients by offering tailored travel solutions
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right travel packages
- Create simple and customized domestic & international itineraries
- Manage bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and transfers
- Provide information on destinations, visas, and travel requirements
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for smooth operations
- Support customers throughout the journey from inquiry to post-trip
- Promote travel packages, upgrades, and add-ons
- Handle changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues

Education:
Bachelor's degree / MBA
(Tourism Management preferred but not mandatory)
