Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Travel Consultants to promote and sell our domestic and international holiday packages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs to provide customized travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages to individual and group customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel itineraries and destinations.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins professionally and promptly.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and proposals based on client preferences and budgets.
- Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with travel trends, destination knowledge, pricing, and competitor offers.
- Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fresher or Experienced in Travel Sales / Tourism / Hospitality industry required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in handling both domestic and international packages.
- Strong client relationship management and sales closing ability.
