This is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi for a Travel Consultant at Go Fly Anytime. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on the best travel options available, including flights, accommodations, and packages tailored to their needs and budgets. This role involves managing client travel arrangements, handling reservations, and addressing inquiries while providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Travel Consultant will maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and liaise with travel providers to secure optimal booking solutions for clients.

• Proven experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Exceptional Customer Service and Reservations handling skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
• Knowledge of international and domestic travel regulations and trends
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
