Job Description

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site position for a Travel Consultant at Trace World based in Indore, working in coordination with our partner company Krish Travel (UK). As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for handling travel arrangements and assisting clients with comprehensive itinerary planning, while providing high-quality customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience. You will play a key role in both domestic and international bookings, and work collaboratively with Krish Travel to support clients in the UK time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, transportation, and tours.
  • Assist clients in creating personalized itineraries based on their travel needs, interests, and budget.
  • Provide excellent customer service with professional communication and prompt responses.
  • Manage reservations and bookings with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand travel requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with Management to support travel requests, enquiries, and changes during the UK business hours time shift.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of travel products, policies, and international travel trends.
  • Ensure seamless travel experiences by tracking bookings, resolving issues, and advising clients on travel documentation and regulations.
  • Support UK clients and partners via calls, emails, and online communication within the UK shift timing.

Qualifications &Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required (any stream; preference to Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related fields).
  • Master's degree preferred (MBA, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or relevant specialization)
  • Previous experience in travel consultancy, reservations, or ticketing is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in the UK time shift from Indore with flexibility.
  • Familiarity with global travel systems, GDS tools (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo), and online booking platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset.
  • Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Multilingual ability (English, Hindi, and regional language)
