We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, designing customised travel itineraries, and acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) throughout the client's journey. This role requires someone who is active, sharp, and passionate about delivering exceptional travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary SPOC for assigned clients from inquiry to trip completion.
- Understand client requirements and design personalised travel itineraries.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
- Manage bookings, modifications, and client queries efficiently.
- Ensure a seamless and delightful client experience at every touchpoint.
- Handle client feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records and itinerary details.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the travel industry (client sales/travel consulting preferred)
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Active, sharp, and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Candidate must be based in Delhi or commutable to the office
