Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Mumbai, Wadala. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting clients on itinerary options, coordinating travel reservations, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The individual will also handle end-to-end travel management, ensuring all client requirements are met in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of corporate travel tools and systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant training in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
