Ticketing/ Travel Sales/Post Sales Executive (for Australia/New Zealand/United Kingdom process)

Job Description:

Handling customers mainly for International Flights bookings domestic & International Ticketing.

1-8 years of experience required.

Excellent Knowledge of any GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan)

Sound knowledge of Domestic and International Flight fares.

Issuance and reissuance

Date Change , Schedule Change and Refunds.

B2B and B2C both will do.

Skills:

Good Geographical Knowledge i.e. City codes, Airport codes etc.

Interacting with the Airlines.

Travel sales process.

Willing to work in shifts as per International Time zones
