Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Chennai. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, including making travel arrangements, managing travel itineraries, and booking reservations. The role includes advising clients based on their travel needs, ensuring a high level of customer service, and providing customized travel solutions. Additional responsibilities involve maintaining accurate travel records, liaising with travel suppliers, and addressing customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements.
  • Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to address client inquiries efficiently.
  • Experience with Reservations and booking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage client relationships.
  • Familiarity with global travel destinations, itineraries, and airline regulations is an asset.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel industry software is preferred.
