This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Chennai. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, including booking reservations, managing itineraries, and providing tailored travel solutions. The role also involves offering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory travel experience.

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to provide customized travel solutions.
• Experience in handling Travel Arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and trip planning.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and managing Reservations to address client needs effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to interact with clients and resolve inquiries.
• Knowledge of global travel destinations and travel regulations is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.
