Role Overview:
We are looking for driven Business Development professionals with a strong travel industry background to own trip categories and drive revenue growth while working closely with creators and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilites:
- Own and manage assigned trip categories
- Drive bookings and achieve revenue targets
- Upsell and optimize trip conversions
- Understand traveler needs and clearly communicate trip value
- Handle objections and ensure a smooth booking experience
- Collaborate with creators, marketing, operations & customer support teams
Requirements:
- Experience: 12 years (Executive) | 45 years (Manager)
- Mandatory: Experience in travel sales / travel business development / tour operations
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Comfortable handling calls, follow-ups & lead nurturing
- Ability to work towards booking and revenue targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting
- Interest in experiential travel and community-led trips
