Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Holiday Consultant (Sales) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer travel needs, designing customized travel packages, and closing sales to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with customers (walk-ins, calls, leads) to understand their holiday requirements.
- Design and propose customized domestic/international holiday packages.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain strong product knowledge on destinations, hotels, and itineraries.
- Coordinate with internal operations, suppliers, and partners for quotations and bookings.
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and post-sale support.
- Maintain CRM records, reports, and client communication logs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in travel sales or consulting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of GDS, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Strong sales drive and target orientation.
- Passion for travel and helping others plan memorable experiences.
