Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Travel Sales Consultant to handle inbound sales generated through PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns for the UK market. The role involves converting customer inquiries into bookings for flights, hotels, and holiday packages while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls/leads generated via PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Assist UK-based customers with:
• Flight bookings (GDS knowledge preferred – Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
• Hotel reservations and holiday packages
• Understand customer travel needs and provide customized solutions
• Convert inquiries into sales while achieving revenue and conversion targets
• Upsell/cross-sell travel add-ons (insurance, baggage, seat selection, etc.)
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions in CRM
• Stay updated on airline policies, fares, and travel trends
• Handle customer objections and provide effective resolutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in international travel sales (UK)
• Familiarity with online travel portals and fare rules
• Experience in handling high-volume inbound queries
