Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant, based in Hyderabad. The Travel Consultant will manage travel arrangements, provide exceptional customer service, handle reservations, and assist in crafting tailored travel experiences. Key responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, booking flights and accommodations, creating detailed itineraries, and ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for travelers.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating personalized Travel Arrangements
- Proficiency in handling Reservations and managing Customer Service interactions
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure seamless itinerary planning
- Attention to detail with a passion for delivering superior travel experiences
- Knowledge of travel booking platforms and industry tools is highly preferred
- Relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
