Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant, based in Hyderabad. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing expert travel advice, managing travel plans, creating and booking travel arrangements, handling reservations, and delivering excellent customer service. They will assist clients in planning tailored trips that meet their preferences and ensure a flawless travel experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Strong skills in Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, solve problems efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with global destinations and travel industry trends is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
