Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing and arranging travel bookings, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and handling reservations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to handle reservations and manage bookings efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in travel software systems and tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related field
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
