Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Consultant, primarily located in Noida, with some work from home options available. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing customer service, and making reservations. Key tasks include planning travel itineraries, handling bookings, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience with Reservations and booking systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with luxury travel packages and international travel
• Bachelors degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
