The Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The position involves assisting clients with travel planning, making travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and handling reservations. The Travel Consultant will also manage travel schedules and resolve customer inquiries to ensure a positive travel experience.

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating customized travel plans
• Experience in managing Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations efficiently
• Strong Customer Service skills, including excellent communication and client relationship management
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage travel schedules and resolve customer inquiries
• Knowledge of domestic Indian travel destinations and tourism-related operations
• Proficiency in travel booking software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
