Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email & WhatsApp to understand their travel plans.
- Prepare and pitchcustomized holiday itinerariesbased on customer requirements.
- Convert inquiries into bookings through effective follow-ups.
- Negotiate with hotels, transporters & vendors to ensure competitive rates.
- Maintain booking records and customer data systematically.
- Ensure customers have a smooth and memorable travel experience.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in sellingDomestic OR International packages.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred.
