Designation: Sales Manager (Travel Consultant Sales)

Location: Hosur (Onsite)

Eligibility: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (All Streams)

Compensation: 15,000 25,000 (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives (Uncapped Earnings )

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle daily travel inquiries (walk-ins, WhatsApp, calls, corporate leads).
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings with a consultative sales approach.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Work with the marketing & operations team to ensure smooth client experiences.
• Report daily/weekly sales performance to management.

What We Expect from You

13 years of sales experience (Travel/Hospitality preferred, but not mandatory).

Strong communication & negotiation skills.

Languages Required: Tamil, Kannada, English, Hindi.

Target-driven with proven ability to close deals consistently.

Passion for travel & ability to connect with customers.

Based in Hosur or willing to relocate.
