Key Responsibilities:

Handle client enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable travel packages (domestic/ international).

Create personalized itineraries, quotations, and package options.

Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and travel partners for booking confirmations.

Manage end-to-end booking processes, documentation, and payment follow-ups.

Maintain a record of enquiries, leads, bookings, and client details.

Build relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Stay updated with latest travel trends, visa rules, and destination highlights.

Requirements:

Only female candidates can apply.

Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any stream).

Excellent communication skills in Kannada (preferred), English, & Hindi.

Proficiency in WhatsApp, Gmail, Google Sheets/Docs.

Prior experience in the travel industry is an advantage, but freshers with passion for travel are welcome.
