Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Panchkula. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel advice, managing travel bookings, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Daily tasks include planning itineraries, processing reservations, and assisting clients in designing travel experiences that align with their preferences and budgets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and coordinating Travel Arrangements
• Proficiency in handling Customer Service and managing client needs
• Experience in processing Reservations and managing booking systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide personalized and effective travel solutions
• Familiarity with global travel destinations and industry trends is a plus
• Minimum educational requirement of a bachelor's degree or equivalent
