Role Description

This is a full-time Travel Consultant role based on-site in Panchkula. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on travel options, managing travel bookings, making arrangements for transportation and accommodations, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include handling reservations, addressing travel inquiries, and ensuring a smooth planning process for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and handling Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure positive travel experiences
• Experience with making accurate and timely Reservations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities
• Previous experience in travel or hospitality is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
