Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant - Operations at our Noida office. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for designing and managing customized travel solutions, arranging travel itineraries, assisting clients with reservations, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for customers. In this role, you will work closely with clients to deliver personalized services while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating tailored travel solutions
• Experience in planning and managing Travel Arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and accommodations
• Knowledge of Reservations systems and practices
• Outstanding Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using travel management software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field preferred
