Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Noida. The Travel Consultant will advise clients on domestic and international travel options, including holiday packages, corporate travel solutions, and customized itineraries. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing and presenting travel proposals, managing bookings and reservations, and coordinating travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, transfers, and activities. The role involves providing responsive customer service, handling queries and changes, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end travel experience. The Travel Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams and partners to secure competitive deals, maintain accurate records in travel management systems, and contribute to continuous improvement of services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting, with the ability to understand traveler needs and recommend suitable packages and itineraries.
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Management, including organizing complete trips, coordinating with suppliers, and managing travel policies for various client segments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements, such as planning and booking flights, accommodations, ground transport, and activities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess skills in Reservations, with accuracy in using booking platforms and maintaining detailed, error-free records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with technology, online booking tools, and basic office software; experience with travel CRMs or GDS is a plus.
• Prior experience in travel consulting, tour operations, or customer-facing roles in the travel industry is preferred.
• Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is beneficial.
