Salary: Up to 40,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt travel solutions.
- Create customized itineraries and design holiday packages as per client requirements.
- Book flights, hotels, transportation, and activities for clients.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Provide destination information, travel tips, and advice to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of holiday packages, domestic & international destinations.
- Ability to design customized itineraries and handle end-to-end bookings.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in using travel booking platforms/software will be an added advantage.
