Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Bangalore. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for travel consulting, travel management, and travel arrangements. Daily tasks include telecalling, handling customer service inquiries, making reservations, customizing itineraries, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for clients. The role requires collaboration with other team members to deliver exceptional travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and attention to detail
• Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Knowledge of global destinations and travel requirements
• Proficiency in relevant travel booking software
