Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our team full-time at our Amballur office in Thrissur. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of travel arrangements, from initial consultation to final booking. The role includes lead management, sales conversion, ticketing, and visa assistance. A passion for travel and strong organizational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets

Design and propose customized travel itineraries for both domestic and international destinations

Handle all aspects of travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities

Manage bookings and ensure accurate and timely communication with clients

Provide assistance with ticketing and visa documentation as needed

Follow up on leads and convert them into successful bookings

Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth through proactive client engagement

Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, destination knowledge, and travel regulations

Build strong relationships with suppliers and travel partners

Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience in travel consulting, reservations, or travel management

Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and global destinations

Familiarity with ticketing processes and visa requirements is a plus

Proven ability in lead generation and sales conversion

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred

Willingness to work full-time from our Amballur office in Thrissur
