Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, full-time Travel Consultant to join our team in Moonniyur, Malappuram Dist., and Kuttanellur, Thrissur Dist. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end travel lifecycle for our domestic, international, and pilgrimage clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency in booking systems, providing expert consultation on visas and personalized itineraries while maintaining rigorous administrative accuracy. By serving as a proactive liaison between clients and travel suppliers, you will ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality, transparent experiences that uphold our agency's reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to design and coordinate complete travel solutions.
- Strong capability in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, hotels, packages, and ground transportation.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, active listening, and problem resolution.
- Familiarity with basic travel tools or booking platforms (GDS or airline portals) and comfort working with digital systems.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Kottakkal and collaborate effectively with a small, service-focused team.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional regional or international languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or tourism environment is preferred; a diploma or degree in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
