Role & responsibilities
- Assist Australian clients via phone with their travel enquiries and booking needs
- Offer the most competitive airfare options tailored to client preferences and travel requirements
- Book and sell international flights, primarily between Australia and the Indian subcontinent, as well as other global destinations
- Perform proactive follow-ups to ensure successful booking closures
- Liaise with airlines when required to facilitate smooth travel arrangements
- Accurately assess customer needs to recommend the most suitable travel solutions
- Cultivate strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in selling international flight tickets
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Results-driven and goal-oriented approach to sales
- Proficient in both verbal and written English
- Hands-on experience with any GDS
- Familiarity with CRM tools
