Job Description

Ghrs Training is looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team, providing critical support in an international voice environment. If you possess strong technical troubleshooting skills and expertise in key service desk tools, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to international users via an International Voice process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact on the Service Desk, handling incidents and service requests efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user accounts, permissions, and other functions within Active Directory.
  • Utilize ServiceNow effectively to log, track, prioritize, and manage all support tickets and escalations.
  • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical problems, ensuring timely and effective solutions for end-users.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.

About You:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Support (International Voice).
  • You possess hands-on experience and strong proficiency with Service Desk operations.
  • You are skilled in managing and troubleshooting within Active Directory.
  • You are proficient in using ServiceNow for IT service management.
  • You have excellent verbal communication skills in English, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse users.
  • You are customer-focused, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
