Role Description

This is a full-time contract remote role for a Flight Ticketing Agent (Galileo GDS) at Dawer Travels. The Flight Ticketing Agent will be responsible for ticket sales, reservations, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in ENGLISH
• Customer service and sales skills
• Experience in ticket sales and reservations
• Knowledge of Galileo GDS system
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Must own a laptop with Windows 11 and MS Office
