Handle domestic and international corporate travel bookings efficiently
Manage flight, hotel, visa, and other travel-related reservations
Create customized travel itineraries and tailored travel solutions for corporate clients
Provide exceptional customer service and timely support to clients
Ensure compliance with travel policies, regulations, and industry standards
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for smooth travel operations
Resolve travel-related issues, changes, cancellations, and emergencies promptly
Maintain accurate booking records and travel documentation
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of corporate travel consulting and travel management.
Strong expertise in providing tailored travel solutions for corporate clients.
Expertise in travel arrangements, reservations, and itinerary planning.
Proven experience in handling end-to-end travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.
Good working knowledge of Amadeus is mandatory; knowledge of Sabre and Galileo will be an added advantage.
Sound understanding of visa processes, documentation requirements, and transit visa regulations for international travel.
Proficiency in using travel booking software, GDS platforms, and travel management tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Knowledge of travel regulations, airline policies, and industry best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
