Travel Consultant

Were looking for a passionate and experienced Travel Consultant to join our

Team . If you have a solid understanding of international and domestic

ticketing, fare calculations, and GDS (Amadeus), and enjoy crafting personalized

travel solutions we want to hear from you!

You'll work with global corporate clients, handling everything from bookings to

cancellations, while ensuring the best travel experience possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end bookings: Air, Rail, Hotel, Car Rentals Domestic &

International.

Provide tailored travel solutions based on client requirements and travel

policies.

Work efficiently on GDS (Amadeus preferred) to book and issue tickets.

Process cancellations, reissues, refunds, and changes with accuracy.

Coordinate with internal departments (MIS, Finance, etc.) for seamless

operations.

Maintain SLA/TAT for all client queries and bookings.

Keep updated on airline rules, visa requirements, and travel regulations.

Monitor and action PNR queues regularly for efficient servicing.

Support finance in payment follow-ups and credit recovery from clients.

Candidate Requirements:

3+ years of experience in International & Domestic Travel/Ticketing.

Strong knowledge of Amadeus or other GDS tools.

Good understanding of fare rules, airline contracts, and visa processing.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Graduate + IATA Certification preferred.

Experience in a TMC or corporate travel environment is an added

advantage.
