We are seeking a full-time on-site Travel Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. This role involves assisting clients in planning their travel experiences by providing expert advice, managing travel arrangements, and creating tailored itineraries. The Travel Consultant will also handle reservations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients.

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to help clients plan customized and unforgettable journeys.
• Expertise in Travel Arrangements, including flight, accommodation, and transportation bookings.
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience handling Reservations and ensuring comprehensive travel support for clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, with an enthusiasm for travel.
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
