Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant (B2C Sales) located in Noida. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers with travel arrangements, providing expert advice on travel options, managing bookings, and handling reservations. The role requires close collaboration with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating customized travel arrangements
• Proficiency in managing travel bookings and handling reservations effectively
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure excellent client satisfaction
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients
• Knowledge of travel tools and systems is advantageous
• Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
