Role Description

This is a contract on-site role located in Noida for a Travel Consultant specializing in B2C Sales. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, planning and managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and offering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires direct interaction with customers to understand their travel requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and coordinating Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in Reservations and organizing travel-related bookings
• Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service, including identifying client needs and providing timely solutions
• Ability to multitask effectively and maintain attention to detail
• Experience with travel agency systems or related software is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
