📍 Location: Nahur, Mumbai

🕒 Shift: Rotational with Night Shift (No graveyard shift)

We are looking for a skilled Travel Consultant to join our night shift team. You will manage international travel bookings, assist clients through calls and emails, and provide expert guidance using the Sabre GDS system.

Responsibilities:

Book flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.

Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and refunds.

Provide round-the-clock travel support and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and travel regulations.

Stay updated on visa requirements and travel documentation.

Requirements:

2 to 12 years of experience in international travel bookings.

Strong proficiency in Amadeus / Sabre GDS (mandatory).

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
