This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located at our Ahmedabad office. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, creating itineraries, managing travel reservations, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Day-to-day tasks include offering professional travel advice, processing bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing client queries to ensure satisfaction. The consultant will also liaise with service providers to secure travel arrangements.

• Expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills to assist and guide clients effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in using travel planning software and tools is a plus
• Knowledge of international travel regulations and trends is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is preferred
