Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role located in Bengaluru. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, managing travel itineraries, processing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves working with customers and leveraging travel management tools to offer personalized and effective travel solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Experience in managing Travel Arrangements and processing Reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering client satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Familiarity with travel industry systems and online booking platforms is an advantage
- Relevant certifications or diplomas in Travel, Tourism, or a related field are preferred
