This is not a passive account management role. We want a hunter someone who can identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, negotiate high-value contracts, and scale business across markets. The role includes quarterly travel to the United States to accelerate partnerships and unlock new revenue streams.

Job Responsibilities - Travelling BD US
Prospecting and qualifying leads through cold calling, e-mail, and face to face meetings (through travel to US at certain frequency)
Meet Owner and manager in the properties, solicit sales and obtain orders for OYO's proprietary suite of services
Drive new revenue by analyzing key market trends and real estate developments in the assigned territory, identifying new hotel and hospitality leads through research and relationships, and updating internal software to add quality supply to the pipeline
Negotiate deals to close consistent with OYO guidelines, and in a manner that leverages internal resources to create a mutually-profitable business relationship
Develop territory plans, establish rapport and form long-term relationships with property owners and other key stakeholders from initial lead generation through sale, transformation, and go-live date of property
Requirement:
Previous experience in BD / Sales (10-15 years.
